C Level Terms of Use
1. Introduction
Welcome to C Level, a private members-only group for executives and creators. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services. C Level is a service owned by Infinimedia, inc.
2. Membership Eligibility
Membership is by invitation only and is reserved for individuals at the founder, executive, or leadership level of a startup or small business, primarily located in South Florida. New members must be invited by an existing member and approved by the C Level management team. C Level management reserves full discretion to reject any membership applications.
3. Membership Fees and Payment
Membership fees are for annual terms and can be billed quarterly or annually. There are no refunds for early termination, and all members agree to a one-year minimum commitment. Annual renewals can be canceled with 30 days’ notice before the renewal date. Specific dues are defined in the initial signup plan.
4. Code of Conduct
Members must maintain privacy and discretion regarding discussions within the group. A level of decorum and politeness is expected in all interactions. Members must maintain a professional nature in all communications.
5. Content and Resources
The private website will feature a curated database of people, companies, resources, local business content, podcast, and video content. All content is for members’ use only and should not be shared outside the group.
6. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
• No Warranties: The service is provided “as is” without any warranties regarding its accuracy, reliability, or availability.
• Limitation of Liability: C Level is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

• Indemnification: Members agree to indemnify and hold C Level harmless from any claims or damages arising from their use of the service.

C Level collects data for internal marketing strategies and business operation decisions but will not share this data with third parties.
8. Termination and Suspension
Members who violate these Terms of Use will receive one warning. After a second infraction, they will be suspended from the group.

All disputes must be handled via arbitration first. C Level reserves the right to choose the modality for resolving disputes.
